What a sad morning. I opened up this web site to find information on a church member who has passed and found Marvin had passed away. I graduated with the triplets (Tina Leightey) and my husband Tom hunted with them and the stories are awesome. Tom and I visited Marvin a lot in the past two years and enjoyed recalling lots of fun times. We will so miss him and are devastated that we missed his memorial. Marvin at least knew how much we cared for him. Our heart felt condolences to Martin and Mark and the rest of his family.
Love always,
Tom and Tina Patrick

To the families,

You have our condolences. It was a great honor to have your dad, brother, and uncle get to meet our daughters during the many Halloweens in their short time with him. It was nice hearing different stories throughout the years growing up from your dad. You are in our prayers. Remember the great times that Marvin had with all of us during the years.

I am very sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is such a difficult thing to experience. Please be comforted by the promises in the Bible. At John 5 : 28, 29 Jesus tells us that all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. What a loving provision put in place by the God of all comfort so we can have the assured hope of seeing our dead loved ones live again one day. Meanwhile as I pray for that day to come I ask Jehovah God to bless your family and give each of you the strength to endure this most trying time.

Travis and Kelly, we are so sadden to hear of your dad's passing. I know that the battle was long and hard for him. Take comfort in knowing that he knew you loved him. Loving another transcends all the physical boundaries here on earth. You will be in our prayers as you make adjustments to his being gone. The path is hard but memories help with the journey.
