Obituary

L. Suzie Sandridge, age 82, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at her home in Upper Sandusky.

 

Suzie was born on August 8, 1941, to Newt and Dorothy Schertzer and was married to C.W. “Bill” Sandridge on August 11, 1963, and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2020.

 

Suzie is survived by her brother Art (Clara) Schertzer, sister Mary-Kay (Denny) McGuire, both of Upper Sandusky, two daughters; Becki Pierson of Upper Sandusky, and Brenda Sandridge of Greensboro, NC, two granddaughters; Kayla Pierson (Jordan Brinson) of Nevada, OH, and Logan Pierson of Delaware, OH, two great grandchildren; Reese and Remi Brinson.

 

Suzie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers Daniel and Tom Schertzer.

 

It was Sue’s wish to be cremated with no service, and no visitation.

 

A word from Suzie: “Enjoy every day of your life.”

 

Suzie’s family would like to thank Hospice of Wyandot Memorial for their wonderful care.
