Scott D. Miller, age 46, of Upper Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly at his mother’s house in Upper Sandusky on Friday, October 16, 2020.
Scott was born on September 27, 1974 in Marion to David W. Miller and Donna K. (Higginbotham) Miller. They survive as well as his step mother Cindy Miller.
He is also survived by his son Seth M. Lortz of Wharton, and his four legged companion Charlie.
Scott was a graduate of Upper Sandusky High School, class of 1993. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church in Upper Sandusky. He was the owner of Miller’s Auto Shop near Upper Sandusky. Prior to that, he worked at several auto shops in Upper Sandusky and Carey.
He enjoyed listening to Howard Stern, loved sprint car racing and was a crew member of the S.C. Racing and helped ENR Racing.
A funeral service for Scott Miller will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky and will be officiated by Rev. Jim Stauffer. Burial will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey.
Visitations for Scott will be held from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the funeral home.
