Sarah was born on June 20, 1939 in Greenup County, Kentucky, to Raymond and Mary Alice (Nunley) Smith, both of whom are deceased. She was first married to James Doran “JD” Wills, and then William Hough, both of whom have passed away.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Allen Wills of Columbus, Mary Lou (Bud) Bricker of Harpster, Ruth Ann (Blaiz) Saltzman of Kenton, Bernard Lee (Michelle) Wills of Kenton, and Carmin (Charlie) Rees of Copan, Oklahoma.  15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild survive, along with a brother, Ray (Diane) Smith of Harpster, and best friend, Wendy Perkins of Upper Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 2 sons, James and Billy Wills, and 2 grandchildren Dusty Thacker, and Brandon Rees, and 3 sisters, Carmaleda (Carmie) Sayre, Stella Schoenberger, and Anna Patchett.

Sarah was a 1957 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and went on to retire from serving Open Door Ministries, doing private home health care.  She also had worked in previous years for Rainbow Nursing Home, Carey Plastics, Honey Creek and Pixley Richards.

She was a lifelong member of the Upper Sandusky Church of the Nazarene, where she participated in Sunday School, singing in the choir and leading worship, and teaching at vacation bible school.

For hobbies, Sarah enjoyed going on car rides, blessing others with cards and notes of appreciation.  She also had a heart for sharing Jesus, and helping others, especially children, where she always had a special treat to bless them with when they stopped by the house.
