Roger L. Lambert, age 73, of Harpster, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at his home in Harpster.
Roger was born on October 17, 1947 in Lewis County, Kentucky, to Samuel and Beulah (Dummitt) Lambert, both of whom are deceased. He married Audrey Dillion on December 13, 1984 in Upper Sandusky and she survives.
He is survived by a son Harold (Mona) Lambert of Nevada, daughter, Ann (Kurt) Clark of Marseilles, and a son, Aaron (Allison) Lambert of Upper Sandusky. 7 grandchildren: Dillon (Vanessa) Lambert, Samantha Lambert, Tyler Lee (Amanda) Clark, Taylor (Ben) Cunningham, Tyler James Clark, Harper Lambert, and Tanner Lambert and 7 great grandchildren.
Roger is also survived by his sisters, Mary Clark of Garrison, Kentucky, Mazie (Ralph) Butler of Bucyrus, and Margie Hughes of Bucyrus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers. Stanley, Don, Ellis Jack, and Lester Lambert and a sister, Mildred Bauer.
Roger was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Vietnam War.
He was a driver for Schilling Propane for many years, and before that he had driven for Petrolane Propane.
Roger was a member of the Nevada American Legion #462 and the Wyandot County Rod & Gun Club.
For hobbies he enjoyed fishing, and hunting for turkey and deer, going to Vinton County on hunting trips, doing crossword puzzles, and watching Gunsmoke, Perry Mason and Jeopardy.
Funeral services for Roger L. Lambert will be private.
