Pamela Sue Ferst, age 58, passed away at 9:22 AM on Monday, November 7, 2022, at the Blanchard Place in Kenton, Ohio, after a long struggle with multiple sclerosis.
Pam was born on December 9, 1964, in Fairmont, West Virginia, to Earl Forman Jr., and Edna M. Radcliff. She was married to William “Bill” Ferst on September 28, 1985, and he preceded her in death on March 5, 2021, after 36 years of marriage.
Pam is survived by her 2 adored sons, Wyatt and Jesse Ferst of rural Carey, and 2 grandsons JC and Jayce. Pam is also survived by her brother Dave (Cheryl) Forman of Cambridge, Ohio.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, adopted mother, Deloris Forman, brother Oscar “Sonny” Forman, 3 sisters Marguerite Craft, Alice Durron, and Leona Minor.
Pam graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1983, and later attended Owens Community College where she received her associates degree.
Pam was a member of Beech Grove Wesleyan Church in rural Carey. Pam was an avid reader, enjoyed doing crosswords, and most of all enjoyed spending time with her two sons, and grandsons.
A funeral service for Pam Ferst will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, and will be officiated by Pastor Steve Sturgeon. Burial will follow at Otterbein Cemetery.
Visitations will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service on Tuesday.
