Marselle Allen “Bunny” Wyeth-Margraff, age 83, of Nevada, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Kettering Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio.
Marselle was born on November 10, 1937, in Lancaster, Ohio, to the late Francis Royal and Hallie Mae Via (Thompson) Wyeth. She was formerly married to Charles Margraff, and he survives in Marion, Ohio.
She is survived by her three sons, Ron (Becky) Margraff of Marengo, Andy (Robin) Margraff of Fairborn, and Chris (Lavaughn) Margraff of Westerville. Ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren, and a close friend, Deanna Margraff of Dayton, Ohio. .
Marselle is also survived by her two brothers, Francis Wyeth of Upper Sandusky, and Dick (Pat) Wyeth of Nevada, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Thaddeus Margraff, two grandsons Tommy Margraff and Robert Gift and granddaughter Katie Margraff, two brothers, Florin and Wilson Wyeth, sister Carole Wyeth Scott, half brothers, Joe Herman, and Gene Thompson.
Marselle graduated from Holmes Liberty High School, attended Lexington Baptist College.
She retired from the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation in Columbus for many years. She also was a Daughter of the American Revolution.
She lived a full life and was devoted to her church, leading women’s prayer groups, and helping those in need. She loved her family, working hard to encourage and strengthen them in the Lord with many gifts and much goodness. She enjoyed traveling, home decoration, gardening, canning, hosting, singing and people; She was considered “the life of the party”, and will be greatly missed by her family and a multitude of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will be at Oceola Cemetery.
Visitations from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Monday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
