Larry William Latham

Larry William Latham, age 76, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 in Columbus, Ohio.

Larry was born in Greenville, Kentucky on January 31, 1944 to Lawrence and Zoetta (Hensley) Latham and they preceded him in death. Larry is survived by his step mother Margaret Latham of Tiffin.

Larry married Carla (Baker) Bennett on July 3, 1999, and they recently celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary and she survives in Upper Sandusky.

Larry is also survived by 3 children from a previous marriage; Michael, Kristen and Kellie Latham, 2 step daughters; Cara (Spencer) Donaugh of Findlay and Kelly (Tony) Schoonover of Bowling Green, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and his half-brother Steve Latham of Tiffin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, and his half-brother Gary Latham.

Larry served 4 years in the U.S. Army and then went on to work at several other jobs before retiring from Blackhawk in Upper Sandusky after working there for 23 years.

He really enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandson Baker, who he loved very much, fishing in his pond, mowing, riding motorcycles, watching Westerns, being sarcastic, and spending time with the love of his life, Carla.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 4:00-7:00PM at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
