Jeffrey "Jeff" D. Moore

Jeffrey “Jeff” D. Moore, age 59, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 8:32 p.m. at home.

Jeff was born on February 5, 1961, in Upper Sandusky where he was raised by his parents Wilson “Jack” Ellis Moore and Joyce A. Penwell.

Jeff is survived by his parents, his fiancée Dory Wells of Upper Sandusky, his son Henry “Hank” Moore of Arizona, and his sisters: Marjorie (Robert) Smith of Upper Sandusky, Melissa Bertoldo of Arizona, Megan Mullett of Ada, OH, and Teresa Rhoden of Arizona.

Jeff attended Upper Sandusky High School and Tri-Rivers Vocational School in Marion, Ohio. Jeff drove a truck for many years, finishing his career at Fetters in Morral, Ohio.

For hobbies, Jeff enjoyed going fishing or hunting whenever possible and loved to go camping and spending time with friends and family.

Due to Covid-19, funeral services for Jeffrey Moore will be private.
