Earl Herman Prince, age 75, of Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 10:10pm at The Ohio State University Hospital East, Columbus, Ohio.
Herman was born on December 20, 1947, in Old Town, Kentucky, to Arthur and Edith (Nunley) Prince, both of whom are deceased.
He is survived by his sister, Dorothy Ard of Nevada, along with many nieces and nephews.
Herman was preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers, Charles, Lonnie, Zulus, Albert, James, Donald Sr., and Raymond, who passed in infancy, along with 2 sisters, Susie Blankenship, and Sarah VanBuskirk.
Herman was retired from Angeline Industries in Upper Sandusky, where he had worked for many years.
From an early age, along with his family, he attended the Upper Sandusky Church of the Nazarene.
For hobbies, Herman enjoyed painting, and bowling, having participated in bowling in 2 leagues at Wyandot Lanes in Upper Sandusky.
Funeral services for Herman Prince will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the Lucas -Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Rev. Ray Lasalle officiating. Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery.
Visitations will be held on Tuesday, 1 hour before service time, from 10:00am to 11:00am, at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
