Evelyn P. Farler

Evelyn P. Farler, age 73, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 1:30pm at surrounded by her family at her home in Upper Sandusky.

Evelyn was born on October 25, 1947 in Bucyrus, Ohio, to Arnold and Bertha “Polly” (Shelton) Swartz.  She married Lendsey Farler on November 8, 1969 in Nevada, Ohio, and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents

She is also survived by her 3 daughters, Jalena (Andy) Monroe of Upper Sandusky, Shana (Shaun) Jarrell of Lima, Ohio, and Lacey Snider of Paintsville, Kentucky, along with 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchild.

Evelyn is also survived by a sister, Judy Heffelfinger of Upper Sandusky, and a brother, Douglas (Mindy) Swartz of Upper Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Evelyn was a homemaker and a member of the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church of God in Carey.

For hobbies she enjoyed reading and shopping

Funeral services for Evelyn P. Farler will be held at 11:00am Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Joe Turner officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held 1 hour before service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
