Earl Dean Bowman, 86, of Wharton died at 8:23 p.m. on January 3 at the Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
Earl was born June 14, 1934 to Ralph and Burdeen Bowman of Wharton. He married Dolores S. Swick of Findlay who preceded him in death. He is survived by a companion Louise Treadway of Wharton.
Earl is also survived by his sons; Chris (LuWanda) of Pensacola, FL and Craig (Nancy) Bowman of Wharton, four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and ex-wife, Connie Honeyman.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jean.
Earl was a Navy veteran of the Korean War, truck driver, pilot, golfer, and pet lover.
Earl loved being in the woods and loved flying his airplanes and gyrocopters.
Funeral services for Earl Dean Bowman will be private.
