Boyd Robert “Bobby” Sipe, Jr. age 69, of Nevada, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at his home.
Bobby was born on December 14, 1952 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Robert B. Sr. and Mary Katherine “Katie”(Bell) Sipe, both of whom are deceased. He married Sharlene Jarrell on June 30, 1973 in the Harvest Time Chapel in Vanlue, and she survives.
He is survived by 2 children, Robert Erick (Christina Benton) Sipe of Findlay, and Amber (Billy) Harris of Nevada. 8 grandchildren, Tyonna (John) Treadway, Zander Harris Trenitee Sipe, Thomas Benton, Hanna Benton, Daisy Harris, Kennedi Harris and Reagan Sipe, along with 3 great grandchildren, Aislynn Stansbery, Zayn Jackson, and Jaylen Treadway.
Bobby is also survived by 3 sisters, Betty Vince of Mansfield, Jane (Steve) Parsell of Upper Sandusky, JoAnn (Jeff) Bovee of Findlay.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Linda Gerlach.
Bobby was the owner and operator of B & S Excavating Services, and also a owned and operated along with Sharlene, PoMo’s Restaurant in Nevada.
For hobbies, Bobby enjoyed his guns, and also his 4 legged puppy dog “Rosco”, and was a long time fan of the Cleveland Browns.
His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Bobby Sipe will be private.
