Willis V. "Sonny" Foreman, age 72, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away
Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 11:11AM at the Emergency Room of Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky.
Sonny was born on October 10, 1940 in Upper Sandusky to Willis F. and E. Merl (Hessey) Foreman, both of whom are deceased. He married Helga Wittemaier on April 28, 1963 in Upper Sandusky and she survives.
Also surviving are 2 sons, David (Jennifer) Foreman of Fowlerville, Michigan, Terry Foreman of Houston, Texas and a daughter, Melanie Heilers, Conroe, Texas and 6 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Lynn Foreman.
Sonny was a retired Staff Sergeant of the United States Army having served throughout various parts of the United States and in Europe.
After retirement, he enjoyed fishing, archery, and doing carpentry around his home that he and his wife Helga remodeled.
There will be no services for Willis V. "Sonny" Foreman, for his wishes were to have his body donated to the Ohio State College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio.
