William Ross Mize Jr.

William Ross Mize Jr., age 65, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at his home.

William was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on December 10, 1957, to William Ross Sr. and Helen (Monto) Mize.

William is survived by seven of his siblings: Ross Mize, Jacqueline Dennis, Robin Hill, and James Mize all of Alabama, Ruth Fischer, Ellen Brower, and Donna Praschil all of New Jersey. Along with many nieces and nephews.

William was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Charles Mize.

William graduated from Central Regional High School in Bayville, New Jersey, and then went to San Diego where he studied Hotel Management. William Served in the U.S. Navy from 1977 – 1980.

William loved to travel and never stayed in one place for very long. He loved sports, especially baseball.

Services for William Mize will be private.
