Terry R Stroud

Terry R. Stroud, age 67, of rural Nevada, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 1:23am at the Ohio Health Grant Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Terry was born on September 7, 1954 in Lima, Ohio, Raymond and Bessie (Spence) Stroud, both of whom are deceased. He married Jeanene Pinion on September 25, 1976 in the Nevada Lutheran Church and she passed away on December 11, 2020.

He is survived by a daughter, Monica (Gary Jellison) Stroud of Ontario, along with his son Xander.

Terry is also survived by Jeanene's siblings, Patsy Pinion, Roger (Deb) Pinion, Loretta Barton, and Larry Pinion, along with many nieces and nephews.

Terry was a 1972 graduate of Wynford High School and went on to work for Galion Dresser for 28 years.  Upon their closing, he went on to pursue his education by getting an associate degree in computer science from North Central State in Mansfield.  Terry retired from TSC in Bucyrus.

He was of the Lutheran faith and a member of the Warpole Lodge #366 F &AM in Upper Sandusky, and the Moose Lodge #669 in Bucyrus.  For hobbies he enjoyed being outside, fishing, and doing woodworking.

Funeral services for Terry Stroud will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.  Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery.

Visitations will be held 1 hour before service time on Wednesday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
