Terra Leora Vera

Terra Leora Vera age 41, of Findlay, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 12:22pm at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

She was born on February 16, 1979 in Marion Ohio to Terry L. and Penny (Dyer) Barney.  Terra's father just recently has passed and her mother survives in Benton.  She married Bradley Vera on June 29, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada and he survives.

Terra is also survived by her sister Ashley (Chris) Hannigan of Carey.  Along with Deuce, her beloved boston terrier.

Terra worked as an office manager for her father's company, Home Sheet Metal, Inc. in Bucyrus for 20 years.  She also was part owner of a cleaning service with her mother Penny.

Terra loved traveling, whether that was going on vacation to relax at the beach, spending time in Canada in the snow or going camping with her friends and family. She loved animals and would take it upon herself to rescue any stray dogs she would find.

She will be remembered for her love of life, for making things around her beautiful and for her love of spending time with family and friends.

A funeral service for Terra Vera will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 4:00-8:00pm on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the funeral home.
