Steven D Ginter

Steven D. Ginter, age 67, of Leipsic, Ohio, and formerly of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the University of Toledo Medical Center.

Steve was born on August 15, 1957, to Floyd and Virgie (Carpenter) Ginter and they preceded him in death.

Steve is survived by his aunt, Alice Hussey of Celina, Ohio.

He graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1977, and went on to do various jobs as a custodian.   Steve was a former member of Community Christian Center in Upper Sandusky.

For hobbies, Steve enjoyed watching old westerns, going rides in his car, following the Buckeyes, reading his bible, and spending time with horses.   He recently got to spend the day at a local equestrian center caring for horses.  He was a true cowboy at heart.

A graveside service for Steven D. Ginter will be held at 10:00am, Friday, June 27, at Brokensword Cemetery, Crawford County.
