Simone F. Eatherton

Simone F. Eatherton, 78, of Upper Sandusky, OH died at 1:05 pm Wednesday,
October 24, 2007 at the Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky, OH.

Simone was born December 15, 1928 in Cleveland, OH to Sarafino J. & Katherine E. (Martin) Napoli, both are deceased. She married Frank Lloyd "Wimp" Eatherton on January 10, 1948 in Upper Sandusky, OH and he died May 19, 1989. Surviving is a son Steve and his wife Chris, Eatherton of Appleton, Wisconsin and a daughter Julie and her husband Jeff, Eatherton Collins of Eugene, Oregon. Three grandchildren also survive, Joe, Lisa & Tim Eatherton and a brother Richard and his wife Carla, Napoli of Columbus, OH.

Simone was a 1946 graduate of Harding High School. She was a homemaker and had worked for the local IGA Grocery store and in the office for Claycraft.
Simone was a member of the John Stewart United Methodist Church in Upper Sandusky. She was a member of OES Warpole Chapter #366, the Mayflower Society, The Piece Makers Quilt Club and she was a Charter Member of the ABC Mother's Club. For hobbies, Simone enjoyed bridge, playing the piano and was an avid reader.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the
Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. Officiating will be the Rev. Wayne Geissinger. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, October 27 also at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home.
