Sandra L. Payne

Sandra L. Payne, 67, of McCutchenville, died at 9:10pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family. Born March 17, 1951 in Upper Sandusky, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Edna E. (Gericke) Barth. She married Chris E. Payne on August 2, 1980 and he survives in McCutchenville. She is also survived by two daughters: Markie Collet of McCutchenville and Amanda (Lloyd) Smith of Kempner, TX; five grandchildren: Jaycee, Kaylee, and Cadance Collet and Liam and Aviendha Smith; and two sisters: Nancy (Randy) Alspach and Kim Barth both of Upper Sandusky. A 1969 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School, she retired in 2015 from Uni-Grip in Upper Sandusky after 47 years. She was a 50 year member of the Eagles Aerie 2084 in Upper Sandusky. Friends will be received from 1 - 3pm on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. At Sandy's request, there will be no service. A private graveside service will be at a later date in Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
