Paul L. Kuenzli

Paul L. Kuenzli, age 56, of rural Nevada, Ohio passed away Monday, September 7, 2009 at 6:28am in the Intensive Care Unit of Marion General Hospital, Marion, Ohio.

Paul was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio on April 11, 1953 to Stanley L. "Dutch" Kuenzli who is deceased and Ruth E. (Jacobs) Kuenzli who survives in Nevada.

Paul was married to Judy C. (Dummitt) DeVore and they were divorced. He
was also married to Diane M. McCombs and they were divorced.

Paul was survived by a son Floyd I. Kuenzli of Nevada, and two daughters, Dionna R. (John) Beach of Galion, and Elaina R. (Cory) Mercurio, Galion. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Andrew J. Beach, Austin Lee Beach, and Angela Elizabeth Kuenzli, along with a sister Judy (Merle) Stewart of Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother who died in infancy.

Paul graduated from Wynford High School in 1971 and was a member of Nevada United Methodist Church.

For hobbies, he enjoyed going to Buck's Place and playing Euchre, going fishing, hunting, tinkering and working on various cars, gardening, canning, cooking, and at one time raised beagles.

Funeral services for Paul L. Kuenzli will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Nevada with the Rev. Matt Garrabrant officiating the services. Burial will follow at the Nevada Cemetery in Nevada.

Visitations will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 from 5pm - 8pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to service time on Thursday.
