Patricia "Pat" D. Main, age 80, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away
on Thursday, May 08, 2014 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Patricia was born on July 9, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois and her parents where Joseph and Helen (Dumm) Fulk, both of whom are deceased. She married Frank Main on June 9, 1957 at the John Stewart United Methodist Church in Upper Sandusky, and he survives.
She is survived by three children, Cindi (Mike) Grove of Wharton, Ohio, Joseph (Christine) Main of West Chester, Ohio, and Cathy Brunicardi of Sebastian, Florida, along with six grandchildren, Quinn Grove, Olivia Grove, Morgan Main, Abigail Main, Caleb Brunicardi and Loren Brunicardi.
Patricia is survived by a brother, Denton Cramer of San Murietta, California, and a half brother Richard Kerr of Tacoma, Washington.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Herbert, Robert, William, and Glenn and a sister Carolyn.
Patricia was a graduate of the Salem High School Class of 1952, where she was a cheerleader for the boy's basketball team.
She was a member of the Alpha Chapter of the Tri Sigma Sorority in Upper Sandusky, a member of the Prayers & Squares Quilting Club, and the Warpole Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #366. She also enjoyed the activities and fellowship at the Wyandot County Council on Aging.
For hobbies, Patricia enjoyed baking, all kinds of needle work from crocheting to quilting, flower gardening, playing Bridge in 3 clubs and watching basketball, along with any type of board or card game, especially euchre with her family.
She will be remembered for her fun loving and forgiving nature; her spirit of generosity, always putting others' needs before her own, and her love for her family, with her treasured grandchildren being the light of her life.
Funeral services for Patricia D. Main will be held at 7:00pm Monday, May 12, 2014 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
Visitations will be held from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, May 12, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wyandot County Council on Aging or a charity of the donor's choice and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
