Pamela K. (Pammy) Chatfield

Pamela K. "Pammy" Chatfield, age 49, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio passed away on Tuesday January 8, 2013 at 6:07AM at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Pammy was born on September 3, 1963 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to father, Donald Rhoden who is deceased and mother, Jenny (Shepherd) and her husband Gary Holdcraft who survive in Upper Sandusky. She married Terry Chatfield on March 4, 2005 in Upper Sandusky and he survives in Upper Sandusky.

Also surviving Pammy, are five children, Nikki (Erik) Libby of Naples, Florida, Johnny Walker of Upper Sandusky, Robby Wells of Upper Sandusky, Andy Wells of Upper Sandusky, and Amanda Wells of Upper Sandusky, four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kourtney, Keyana and Adysen, two brothers, Donny Rhoden of Naples, Florida and Mike (Michelle) Rhoden of Naples and three sisters, Lisa Rhoden of Ft. Myers, Florida, Chris Johnson of Upper Sandusky and Chas (Bob) Nichols of Upper Sandusky.

She is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and was preceded in death by her father and two nephews and a niece.

Pammy was a homemaker and for hobbies she enjoyed horses, being outside and tending to her flowers, taking pictures,and spending time with her Peekapoo dog named Peaches.

Pammy's life was centered around people especially her family, whom she lived for. She will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral services for Pamela K. "Pammy" Chatfield, will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Rick Snyder officiating the service.

Visitations will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 form 12:00PM - 3:00PM also at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
