Opal Kathleen Rupe

Opal Kathleen Rupe, age 84, of rural Galion, Ohio died Friday,
July 3, at 8:15pm at the residence of her daughter.
She was born on February 27, 1925 to Alva and Bessie (Wilt) Viars. She married Lafayette Rupe and he died July 7, 1972.
Surviving is a son Roger(Elizabeth) Rupe of Bucyrus and 2 daughters, Betty Johnson of Galion and Karen Henry of Galion.
20 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren survive.
She was preceded in death by a son, Carl Rupe.
She was a homemaker and a member of Freewill Baptist Church in
Bucyrus. For hobbies Opal enjoyed watching tv and spending
time with her family.
Funeral services for Opal Kathleen Rupe will be held
on Tuesday, July 7, at 3:00pm at the Freewill Baptist
Church in Bucyrus, with the Rev. Eric Boggs officiating.
Visitations will be on at the church 2 hours before service time.
