Nick Frey

Thomas Nicholas "Nick" Frey, age 34, of rural Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 12:38pm at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Nick was born on December 25, 1980 in Marion, Ohio to Thomas H. and Dianna L. (Putman) Frey. His father is living in Wyandot, and his mother is deceased.

Nick is survived by his fiancAC.e Sarah R. Thornton of Galion, Ohio, and his 2 sons, Aaron Nicholas Frey of Bucyrus, Ohio, and Logan Thomas Frey of Galion.

He is also survived by his maternal grandfather, William (Patricia) Putman of Morral, and paternal grandmother, Millie Frey of Upper Sandusky, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, and maternal grandmother Sadie Kirby,
and paternal grandfather Glen Frey.

Nick recently started working for Bond Construction in Mansfield, before that he worked for Regency Technologies in Upper Sandusky. He also did carpentry work with his father.

For hobbies, Nick enjoyed fishing and hunting, going to the range to shoot, drag racing at LaRue, cookouts and spending time with his family.

Funeral services for Nick Frey will be held at 11:00am Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will follow at Little Sandusky Cemetery.

Visitations will be held on Wednesday, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
