Matthew M. Murrell

Matthew M. Murrell, age 36, of rural Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016

at 8:30am in the Emergency Room of Marion General Hospital, Marion, Ohio.

He was born March 10, 1979 in Marion, Ohio, to father, Roger Murrell, who survives in rural Nevada, and mother and stepfather, Deloras (Lloyd) (Spradlin) Banks of Van Lear, Kentucky.

Matthew is survived by a daughter, Khloe Murrell of Bucyrus,   3 brothers, Daniel (Shaynna Nicole Branham) Murrell of Bucyrus, Roger Jr. of Washington, and Nathan of Marion.

Matthew worked at General Machine & Saw in Marion, Ohio.  He also attended Wynford High School.

For hobbies, Matthew enjoyed fishing and working with guns.

Funeral services for Matthew M. Murrell will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Rev. Carl Angel officiating.  Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery

Calling hours will be held 2 hours before service time, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the funeral home in Upper Sandusky.
