Martha "Marty" Dow Goldfuss
April 25, 1942 — September 2, 2016
Martha "Marty" Dow Goldfuss, devoted wife, mother and friend, passed away September 2, at the age of 74. After graduating from Upper Arlington High School in the class of 1960, Marty attended Bowling Green State University. She then spent more than 35 years in the dental field in both dental assisting and office management, serving a term as president of the dental assisting society.
Marty is preceded in death by her husband Charles Goldfuss, their daughter Melanie and her parents Dorkas and Gerald Dow.
She is survived by sons Jerry Goldfuss and Charles "Ted" Goldfuss daughter in law Lisa and 7 grandchildren: Dagan, Dean, Natalie, Tyler, Alissa, Emily and Noah.
Marty's celebration of life will be held Saturday September 17th at 2 pm in the Burkhart Chapel of First Community Church, Columbus, Ohio.
A time of fellowship for family and close friends will follow the service in Brownlee Hall at the Church.
