Marjorie I. Sabo

Marjorie I. Sabo of Bucyrus, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 15 at 10:45 p.m. at the Bucyrus Community Hospital.

Marjorie was born on May 27, 1926 to Asa L. and Hattie (Bennett) Murphy in Grand Prairie Twp., Marion County. She married Paul J. Sabo on July 19, 1952 in Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Bucyrus and he survives.

Surviving are 2 daughters; Marilyn A. and her husband Michael, Allen of Bucyrus, and Charlotte A. and her husband Dale, Johnson of Dunkin Falls, Ohio. She is also survived by a son David R. Sabo of Bucyrus.

Also surviving are 3 grandsons; Christopher M. and his wife Angela, Allen. Courtney P. Allen and Colin P. Allen. and a GreatGrandson Vincent C. Allen. She leaves behind a sister, Wanda Adkins of Willard and a brother Gilbert Murphy of Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter Ashley E. Allen and 3 brothers Cletus Murphy, Donald Murphy and Asa Murphy and 1
sister Vera Park.

Marjorie was a homemaker and also helped her husband on the family farm. She also was retired as a dietary tech. from Galion Community Hospital after 20 years of service. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church for 54 years. For hobbies Marjorie enjoyed traveling throughout the United States by railroad, collecting Teddy Bears, quilting, flower and vegetable gardening, reading and gathering hickory and walnuts on the farm.

Funeral Services are private and will be conducted by Marjorie's niece Pastor Roseann Wilson. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
