Marilyn M. Biederman

Marilyn M. (McClain) Biederman, age 77, of Ridge Ave. Bucyrus Ohio died Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 9:20am at Triumph Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio.

She was born on April 29, 1930 in Wyandot County to Luke O. and Virginia (Brown) McClain, both of whom are deceased. Marilyn married Donald C. Biederman on October 24, 1953 at Trinity United Church of Christ in Upper Sandusky and he survives in Bucyrus.

Marilyn is also survived by 4 sons, Phil of Marion, Lyle of Bucyrus, Kevin and his wife Jackie of Galion, and Dana and his wife Kim of Bucyrus and 1 daughter Lori and her husband Jeff, Reidenbaugh of Marion. 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive along with a sister, Rosie Witham of Lima and a brother James "Luke" McClain of Upper Sandusky. She was preceded in death by a
a sister, Barbara "Bobbi" Smith.

Marilyn was a homemaker and also had worked and retired from Timken
Roller Bearing in Bucyrus after 15 years. Before that she had worked for North Electric in Upper Sandusky and Galion.

She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Bucyrus. Marilyn enjoyed cooking and canning, traveling and camping in the early years. She found that her true joy in life was to do anything with her husband and family.

Funeral Services for Marilyn Biederman will be held Friday, February 1 at 1:30pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. The Rev. James Barkenquast will be officiating. Burial will be in Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.

Friends may call on Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky and 1 hour prior to service time on Friday.
