Margaret McLaughlin, age 86, of Bucyrus, Ohio died Saturday, May 14, 2011 in
Bucyrus.

Margaret was born on July 29, 1924 in Salyersville, Kentucky to Taylor and Josie (Patrick) Alsept, both of whom are deceased. She married Harry P. McLaughlin on December 3, 1946 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio and he passed away on October 8, 1975.

She is survived by a son Edward "Pete" McLaughlin of Bucyrus and a daughter Gladys M. "Sue" McLaughlin of Bucyrus. Along with 3 grandchildren, Beverly Ann McLaughlin of Monclova, Ohio, Donna Carol (Kevin) Charlton of Bucyrus, James Patrick (Michelle) McLaughlin of Nevada, and 5 great grandchildren, Kody, Brooke, Derek, Kasey and Dylan. A sister Gladie (Edgar) Rasey of Richwood, Ohio also survives.

Margaret was preceded in death by 2 sons, Jackie, Phillip and twins who died at infancy.

Margaret was a homemaker and attended Lakeview High School at Indian Lake and for hobbies she enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, and spending time
with her children and grandchildren.

Graveside services for Margaret McLaughlin will be held at 1:00pm Friday, May 20 at the Nevada Cemetery, with Lyle Arnett officiating.

Visitations will be held on Friday from 11:00am to 12:30pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Nevada.
