Lola Gaye Pack-Swartz, age 50, of Findlay and formally of Bloomdale, passed away at
on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:30AM at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay, Ohio.
Lola was born on March 20, 1962 in Upper Sandusky to Stanley F. and Lillian Pack. Her father is deceased and her mother is living in Harpster, Ohio. She married Timothy Lee Swartz on July 21, 1981 in Clintwood, Virginia and he survives in Findlay.
Also surviving are Levi Alexis (Jaime) Swartz and Christopher Lee Swartz, both of Findlay and Ariel Marie Swartz-Wickersham of Rawson, son in law Greg Wickerson Of Bloomdale, and a step-daughter Heather (Andy) Hickman of Butler, Ohio. Four grandchildren: Taylor, Michelle, Brendin, Lola, who is named after her grandma but has yet to arrive! And four step grandchildren: Joey, Silas, Shyanne and Tearionna.
Lola is also survived by three brothers, Alan and Gary Pack of Harpster and Roger Pack of Upper Sandusky and a sister Loretta (Brian) Elliott of Upper Sandusky, a mother in law, Ruth Marie Swartz of Upper Sandusky, and nine brother and sister in laws.
She was preceded in death by her father Stanley and a sister Marcia (Claude)Slone.
Lola attended Upper Sandusky High School and was currently attending Owens Community College in Findlay and pursuing a degree in Psychology. For hobbies, she
Enjoyed many things on the internet such as blogging and facebook with family and friends, and various things on You Tube. She loved to cook and watch cooking shows, plant her flowers and trees, painting and doing housework. She also enjoyed reading and studying the bible and sharing her faith in Christ with others.
Lola also had a love for her four dogs, Tasha, Luckey, Taffy and Ginger and she most of all enjoyed spending time with her family, especially "Bun Bun". She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services for Lola Gaye Pack-Swartz will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Rev. Jim Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky and 1 hour before service time on Thursday.
