Linda was born on March 25, 1941, in Marion, Ohio, to Claude and Flora Belle (Kutz) Tidd, both of whom are deceased. She married Jerry L. Hooper on June 27, 1959, who preceded her in death on November 30, 2020.
She is survived by her three children: Cindy (Thomas) Kemper, Doug (Melanie) Hooper, and Bart (Robyn) Hooper, all of Marion. She was a 1959 graduate of Marion Harding High School and later went on to obtain her real estate license and became a broker, after which she started Hooper Realty in Marion.
