Kyle L. Hetzel, age 60 of Upper Sandusky, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Kyle was born on March 21, 1960 in Upper Sandusky to Richard and Ruth (Stoneburner) Hetzel, both of whom are deceased. He married Rita Rodriguez on July 24, 1981 and she survives.
He is also survived by his 2 children: Melissa (Todd) Roszman of Upper Sandusky, and Brandon (Valarie) Hetzel of Carey. 3 grandchildren, Gage and Cole Roszman and Hunter Hetzel.
Kyle is also survived by his brother Mike (Norma) Hetzel of Upper Sandusky, and 2 sisters, Michele (Henry) Teters of Bucyrus, and Kelly (David) Rowe of Upper Sandusky.
He was a 1978 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and soon after graduation began working for Guardian Industries in Upper Sandusky having retired after 39 years. Kyle also had worked along with his father and the business, Richard Hetzel and Sons Soft Water Delivery.
Kyle was of the Lutheran faith having been baptized and confirmed at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Upper Sandusky.
He was a fan of the OSU Buckeyes, and going on trips to Amish Country.
Kyle will be remembered as a really good man who was one of strong convictions and opinions, and would do anything for you. His greatest love was his family and he enjoyed spending time with them, especially the grandchildren.
Due to the current conditions with Covid-19 memorial services for Kyle L. Hetzel will be announced at a later date.
