Kenneth E. Fox Jr

Kenneth E. Fox Jr., age 59, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio passed away
on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the Emergency Room of Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

He was born on April 5, 1952 in Bucyrus, Ohio to Kenneth E. Sr. and Wanda (Downing) Fox. His father is deceased and his mother Wanda is living in Upper Sandusky. Ken married Mary L. Amesquita on July 24, 1976 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Upper Sandusky and she survives in Upper Sandusky.

Also surviving are 3 daughters, Julie (Jason) Passet of Cardington, Ohio, Amanda (Joshua) Swinehart of Upper Sandusky and Jessica (Mickel) Fattig of Upper Sandusky along with 3 grandchildren, Nick and Garret Passet and Micah Swinehart. He is also survived by a sister Carolyn (Tom) Bursby of Bucyrus and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was currently working for M-Tek here in Upper Sandusky and had retired from The Timken Company in Bucyrus after 30 years. He also had previously owned and operated Fox Carpet Cleaning here in Upper Sandusky.

Ken was a 1970 graduate of Bucyrus High School where he ran cross country and was a member of Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church in Upper Sandusky.

Ken was very active with coaching throughout the years having coached girls slow and fast pitch softball, cross country and soccer and kept stats for the Upper Sandusky Football Team. He was an avid Buckeye's fan following both basketball and football. Ken was a lover of animals, and he enjoyed fishing, especially his fishing trip to Lake Cecebe in Canada. He enjoyed spending time with his "coffee buddies" and loved to spend time with family, especially his grandchildren.

Services for Kenneth E. Fox Jr. will be held at 11:00am Saturday, December 10 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Wayne Geissinger officiating the service. Burial will follow at the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.

The family will receive family and friends on Friday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
