Kelly L. Brodman

Kelly L. Brodman, age 61, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away unexpectantly on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at her home in Upper Sandusky.

Kelly was born on May 20, 1962 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to Kenneth and Virginia (Brady) Brewer, both of whom are deceased.  She married John A. Brodman II on February 24, 1980 and he survives.

She is survived by her 3 sons: Kenneth (Bobbi) Brodman of Marion, Marcus (Pam) Brodman of San Antonio, Texas, and Lucas (Ieisha) Brodman of Willard, along with 2 grandchildren, Addie and Liahna, and a sister Colleen Thornton of Upper Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her son, John A. Brodman III.

Kelly was working as the bar manager for the Eagle Lodge #2184 in Upper Sandusky for the last 15 years, and before that she worked as a beautician in Upper Sandusky and Nevada.

She was a member of Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church in Upper Sandusky, the Eagles Lodge #2184, American Legion Post #225 Auxiliary, Moose Lodge 777, and the VFW Post #2842 Auxiliary, all in Upper Sandusky.

For hobbies Kelly enjoyed camping, traveling, taking care of her horse and dogs, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Funeral services for Kelly L. Brodman will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Deacon Kevin Winterstellar officiating.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, December 12, from 5pm to 8pm at the Lucas Batton Funeral Home.
