John E. Zulauf

John E. Zulauf, age 86, of Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

John was born on December 8, 1923 in Antrim Township, Wyandot County to Clarence A. and Odessa E. (Neate) Zulauf both of whom are deceased. He was married to Esther Beal and she died on August 13, 1957.

Surviving John is a daughter, Joyce (Ray) Bouillon of Tiffin, Ohio, a sister, Helen Pool of Upper Sandusky, and a brother, Robert Zulauf of Nevada, along with many nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his wife, parents and a sister Ruth Davis.

John served in the Navy during WW II. After serving our country, John was a lifelong farmer. For hobbies he enjoyed visiting with family and friends and going to Amish Country.

Funeral services for John E. Zulauf will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Mary Curtis officiating the services. Burial will take place at the Nevada Cemetery in Nevada.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 10:00am - 11:00am at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
