Jody R. Pool

Jody R. Pool, age 44, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio died Saturday evening, August 2, 2008 in the Emergency Room of Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky.

Jody was born on April 27, 1964 in Upper Sandusky to father:Edwin W. (Dorothy) Pool of Upper Sandusky and mother: Shirley McClain-Cheney, also of Upper Sandusky.

He married Patricia Spencer-Bailey and they were divorced.

Surviving is a son, Jordon Pool of Upper Sandusky and a daughter Megan Pool of Anderson, South Carolina. 4 brothers: John (Jan) Pool of Upper Sandusky; Curtis (Norma) Chatfield of Forest; Jesse Chatfield of Bucyrus; Terry (Pam) Chatfield of Naples, FL.. He is also survived by 3 sisters: Missy (George) Frey of Upper Sandusky; Colleen (Dan) Clark of Moxee, WA; Tara (Kurt) Balliet of Sycamore.
And a special friend of many years, Tonia Bergh of Upper Sandusky.

He was preceded in death by a brother Donald Pool.

Jody was employed for 25 years with the Whirlpool Corporation in Marion working
in the Press Room as a Steel Receiver. He was a member of the Wesley Chapel of
the United Methodist Church and was a member of the Class of 1982 - Upper Sandusky High School.

For hobbies Jody enjoyed deer hunting and thus was a member of the Buck Masters Hunting Club. He also enjoyed celebrating Halloween
each year by having the Jo Bob's Haunted Trail in the woods around his home.

Funeral services for Jody R. Pool will be held on Friday, August 8, at 11:00am at
the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. The Rev. Tim Benjamin will be conducting the service.

Visitations will be held on Thursday, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
