Jean Miller
December 10, 1923 — August 13, 2016
Beulah Jean Miller, age 92, of Bucyrus, and formerly of rural Nevada, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Jean was born on December 10, 1923 in Tod Township, Crawford County, to Herbert and Florence (Crissinger) Cover. She was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, James Eich and Daniel Miller.
She is survived by a sister, Wanda Landis of Bucyrus, and step children: David (Rosemary) Miller of Westerville, Rick Miller of Pickerington, Ohio, Marilyn Jenkins of Dublin, Ohio, and Karen (Clayton) Kennedy of Granger, Iowa. Ten grandchildren, six great-children and two very special nieces, Janis Orinson and Jenny Swan.
Jean was a homemaker and a member of the Nevada Lutheran Church since 1943. She also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #3 in Bucyrus. For hobbies, Jean enjoyed embroidery and doing word search puzzles.
Funeral services for Jean Miller will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 16th at the Nevada Lutheran Church with Reverend Tim Nilsen officiating. Burial will follow at the Nevada Cemetery.
Visitations will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church.
