Harold N. Bower,85 of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, died Wednesday October 4, 2007 at 10:10AM in Marion General Hospital .
He was born on September 16, 1922 in Wyandot County, Ohio to Marion & Minnie (Lamb) Bower, both are deceased

He married Rosemary Smith on September 14, 1946 and she died August 6, 2007

Surviving is a son Jerry Bower of Marengo, Ohio. 2 Grandchildren: Aaron Bower of Chardon, Ohio Derek Bower of Marengo.

2 Brothers also survive, Richard of Marseilles and Robert of Marion, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and 2 sisters Eleanor Newell and Olive Moser

Harold worked for Kimmel Cleaners for over 40 years.
He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Upper Sandusky
and also played a part in the establishment of Camp Trinity and then
along with his wife Rosemary, were the first caretakers of the camp.
He was a member of the Rod & Gun Club in Upper Sandusky. For hobbies he enjoyed flower gardening especially his roses, wood working and carpentry and hunting, fishing and trapping..

Harold served during World War II in the
US Navy.
