Gerald E. Rinker

Gerald E. Rinker, age 47, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 8:15pm at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

Gerald was born on Mary 21, 1964 in Willard, Ohio to Robert and Donna (Ward) Rinker, both of whom are deceased. He is survived by his lifetime mother, Diane Morgan in Nevada.

Gerald is also survived by his fiancAC. Nancy Gibson of Willard and his step children, Jimmy, Kendra and Tara Cochran, all of Willard. Along with sisters, Angelia (Skip) Russell of Brokensword, Tina Rinker of Nevada, his Godfather, Gerald Larick of Kingman, Arizona, and 3 Aunts Tess Smith, Carol George, Patsy Cox and Uncle Tom Ward also survive. Along with many neice, nephews and 2 great nieces.

Preceded in death by his brother A.J. Rinker and step father J.P. Morgan.

Gerald was working for I & R Properties where he served as a park manager and before that he had worked for MTD in Willard. He was a 1983 graduate of Wynford High School.

For hobbies, Gerald enjoyed riding his Harley, umpiring baseball and softball games, and going to bingo with Nancy and playing pool. He loved the outdoors where he
enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings.

Funeral Services for Gerald E. Rinker will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, March 27, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Nevada with the Rev. Matt Garrabrant officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Attica Cemetery.

Friends may call on Monday March 26 from 2-4pm and 6-8 at the Lucas-Batton funeral Home in Nevada.
