Georgenia P. Bosley-Huffman

Georgenia P. Bosley-Huffman, age 86, of Lakeview, Ohio and formerly of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Friday, December 06, 2013 at 6:00am in her home
In Lakeview.

She was born on February 17, 1927 in Marion County, Ohio, to George and Claudia P. (Napp) Berringer, both of whom are deceased. Georgenia was married to Harold T. Bosely and he is deceased. She then married Robert Huffman and he is also deceased.

She is survived by 2 sons, Tom (Pam) Bosley of Dunkirk, David Bosely of Lakeview, and 3 daughters, Linda Swavel of Upper Sandusky, Candy Carlton of Lakeview and Cathy (Ernie) Stiles of West Liberty, Ohio.

Georgenia is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son Ricky Lee Bosley, a daughter, Pat Wright and a granddaughter, Miranda Bosley, a brother Alfred and 2 sisters, Evelyn and Audrey.

Georgenia was a LPN having practiced up to the age of 80, having served many at the various nursing homes in Upper Sandusky, and also Wyandot Memorial Hospital, and then spending many years and retiring from Heartland of Bellefontaine.

For hobbies, Georgenia was a skilled baker having blessed many with her baked treats. She also enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, gardening, and she will also be remembered for her love for her family, and those that she came in contact with, always putting them before herself.

Funeral services for Georgenia P. Bosley-Huffman will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 10, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Jim Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery, Brush Ridge.

Visitations will be held on Monday, December 9, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
