Gary A. Dyer

Gary A. Dyer, age 50, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio passed
away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 6:14am
at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

Gary was born in Upper Sandusky on July 19, 1959 to Carl and Mary "Polly" (Shearer) Dyer. His father is deceased and his mother is living and resides in Sycamore.

Gary married Cheryl Elliott on February 27, 1978 and she survives.

Also surviving are 3 children, Gary (Pam) Dyer of Sycamore, Autumn (Pete) LaForest of Upper Sandusky and Mitchell ( fiancee Brittany Long) of Carey, Ohio. 12 grandchildren: Desiree, Zackary and Remington, the children of Gary's, Piet, Siw, Rose, Cierra, Lane, and Jasper, the children belonging to Autumn and Collin, Nevaeh and Konnor, the children of Mitchell's.

Gary also has 2 brothers, Carl Dyer of Findlay, Keith (Sandra) Dyer of Upper Sandusky and a sister Karla Hardwick of Findlay.

Gary was a member of Harvest Time Chapel in Vanlue. He was a
member of VNEA Pool League in Findlay. And for hobbies he enjoyed fishing, horseback riding and playing softball.

Funeral services for Gary A. Dyer will be held at 11:00am Friday, February 5, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Larry Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitations will be held on Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the
Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
