Ethel Hare, 84 formerly of 545 Betty Lou Drive, Upper Sandusky died
Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 1:15 a.m. at Fairhaven Community North Campus,
Upper Sandusky.
She was born May 4, 1924 in Greenup County, KY. Daughter of the late James
C. and Dorcas (Mills) Brown.
She married Dwight Hare in 1946 and he died in December, 1971.
Surviving are her children: Pam Shull, Carey, Nancy Book, Columbus, Dennis
Hare, Carey and Debbie Heffelfinger, Dallas, TX. Also surviving are 6
grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Clyde and Claude; 3 sisters: Gladys
Rall, Hazel Miller and Hestal Turley also an infant brother and sister.
Ethel was a homemaker and also provided home health care for seniors in the
Upper Sandusky area.
She was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was a 1942 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and attended Tiffin
Business College.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 4-6 p.m. There will
be no funeral service.
