Dusty J. Thacker, age 33, of Lima Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.
He was born on January 14, 1983 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. He is survived by his father, Jerry Thacker of Kenton, and mother and stepfather, Marylou (Bud) Wills Bricker of Harpster.
Dusty is survived by his fiancée Gladys Pack of Lima. Two sons Timothy Jewett of Kenton, and Braylon Clark of Marysville, and a step daughter Rashel Higginbotham of Lima. Along with three sisters: Misty (Jim) Mathews of London, Ohio, Brooklyn and Brailyn Thacker of Kenton, and his maternal grandmother, Sarah Hough of Harpster.
Dusty was a cook for Lee's Chicken in Lima. For hobbies, he enjoyed creating things out of wood and stone, cars especially corvettes, and he really enjoyed cooking, and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
Funeral services for Dusty J. Thacker will be held at 7:00pm, Friday, August 26, 2016 at the Upper Sandusky Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Jed Brake and Rev. Robert Carder officiating.
Visitations will be held on Friday at the church from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
