Constance "Connie" L. Stoneburner, age 90, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 12:47 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Upper Sandusky.

Connie was born on October 11, 1933, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Herman John and Leona Catherine (Coffman) Buchman and they preceded her in death. Connie was married to Irvin "Stumpy" R. Stoneburner on June 9, 1951, and he preceded her in death on February 18, 2005.

Connie is survived by her sons Keith (Sue) Stoneburner of Upper Sandusky, and John Stoneburner and family of Harpster, her granddaughters Ashlee (Lawrence) Gould, and their 3 dogs, of Dublin, Brandi Stoneburner of Marion, and great grandson Noah Stoneburner.

Connie graduated from Tiffin Calvert and then attended beauty school. She was the main cook for Upper Sandusky Middle School and High School for many years, and she worked for Upper Sandusky Schools Athletics Department with her husband taking tickets for 34 years.

Connie enjoyed traveling and gambling and took many trips with Irvin to Las Vegas over the years. They enjoyed canoeing, riding their mopeds, making crafts, and painting Irvin's woodworking projects. Connie especially loved spending time with her family, she had a very kind soul, and she was a very giving person.

Connie was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, a former member of Moose Lodge #1098, and she volunteered with Wyandot CARES for many years.

A memorial service for Constance "Connie" Stoneburner will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Upper Sandusky, and will be officiated by Pastor Barry Halter Jr. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Tuesday at the church prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot Memorial or to the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center – Activities Fund and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
