Cecelia Justice, age 82, of Eaton Park, FL and formerly of Oceola, Ohio, died at 8:15 AM Monday, March 16, 2009 at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, FL.
Cecelia was born on November 26, 1926 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Newton and Rose (Tackett) Branham, both of whom
are deceased.
She married Charles R. Justice II on June 3, 1947 in Pikeville, Kentucky and he died July 17, 1999.
Surviving are 4 daughters: Rebecca Rose (Donnie) Cunningham of New Washington, OH; Janice Sue (Darrell) Brooks of Lakeland, FL; Ginger Kay (Tim) Schlarb of Lakeland, FL; Charlotte lea Justice of Eaton Park, FL. Along with 2 sons: Charels R. Justice III of Eaton Park and Larry Dean of Eaton Park.
Cecelia is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren. 2 brothers, Abel Branham of Medina, Ohio and Burnis Branham of Akron, Ohio and also a sister Sarah Jane Hankins of Port St. Lucie, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son Richard A. Justice, 3 brothers, Virgil, Lee and Bob Branham and 5 sisters, Margaret Phillips, Katie Flannery, Maxine Blair, Cora Branham and Annie Branham.
Cecelia was a homemaker and also was involved with the restaurant business for many years as a waitress and cook.
She was affiliated with the Church of Christ Church and for hobbies she enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, canning, traveling and doing anything outside.
Funeral services for Cecelia Justice will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, March 21 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Preston Mackell of Lincoln Ave. Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Nevada Cemetery.
Visitations will be held on Friday, March 20, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
