Bonnie Lee Snook

Bonnie Lee Snook, age 76, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Upper Sandusky.

Bonnie was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on January 23, 1948, to John Paul Snook and Clara Ruth Keller.

Bonnie is survived by 3 sisters; Sherry Snook-Barth of Upper Sandusky, Diane (Stanley) Snook-Hartzler of Lakeview, Ohio, and Paula Snook of Norwalk, her brother John Paul (Wendy) Snook of Gallipolis Ferry, WV. Bonnie is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Rebecca Carr.

Bonnie resided in Toledo, Ohio, for a good portion of her life, where she worked at Libby Glass for 8 years, and at Knison Laundry for 10 years. Bonnie relocated to Upper Sandusky 12 years ago to be closer to her family, residing at Wyandot County Senior Village. Bonnie loved her flowers, and especially growing rhubarb that she would request to be made into pies by her sister Paula.

Bonnie enjoyed her time at family functions with her numerous nieces and nephews, and especially loved spending time with her sisters.

Her family spent time with her this week reminiscing about all the great adventures they had growing up. She will be dearly missed but wonderfully remembered by family and friends.

A memorial service for Bonnie Snook, will be held a 12:00 pm on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, and will be officiated by Rev. Jim Stauffer. Burial will follow at Union Church Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm on Monday, prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot Memorial or to the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center – Activities Fund and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
