Billie Jean Daws

Billie Jean Daws, age 77, of Findlay, Ohio, and formerly of Dorris, California, passed away unexpectedly at 11:16 AM on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the Promedica Toledo Hospital.

Billie was born on May 29, 1945, in Advance, Arkansas, to William Ellis Daws and Jessie Juanita (Setzer) Daws.

Billie is survived by her daughter Amanda (Joe) Cooper of Mt. Blanchard, Ohio, and her granddaughter Wryn. Billie is also survived by her sister Linda Otey of Dorris, California, and her brother Bobby (Sue) Daws of Fort Jones, California.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, and: brother's William Ellis (Jim) Daws, Johnny Thomas (Satch) Daws and Leon Taylor Daws, and her sister Glenda Sue Daws

Billie loved to read, and frequented the Findlay Library Bookmobile as often as she was able to. She enjoyed taking trips to Holmes County, and she especially loved spending time with her granddaughter Wryn, whom she loved very much.

Services for Billie will be private.
