Benjamin Dale Pinion, age 36,of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 in the Emergency Room of Lima Memorial Hospital from a heart attack.
Ben was born on March 2, 1980 in Upper Sandusky, to Ronnie Dale and Deborah Ann (Dannenhauer) Pinion. His father is deceased and his mother is living in Upper Sandusky.
Ben married the love of his life, Lyndsay J. (Binau) Pinion on June 20, 2015 in Upper Sandusky, and she survives.
He is survived by three brothers: David Pinion of Upper Sandusky, Kiel (Amy) Pinion of San Diego, California, Gregory Pinion of Upper Sandusky, and a sister Natalie (Shay Wolf) Pinion of Upper Sandusky. Maternal grandparents, D.C. and Joey Dannenhauer of Nevada. Ben's mother in law, Shari (Todd) Dunn of Upper Sandusky, and father in law, Dal (Amy) Binau of Nevada, along with his brother in laws: Wesley (Amy) Binau of Bluffton, Cameron and Carson Binau of Upper Sandusky, sister in law, Desi Dunn of Tiffin. And nieces and nephews: Marysa, Carli, Gavin, Graham, Hallie and Leighton.
Ben had been in restaurant management his entire adult life, and was in preparation to own and manage Special Occasions Catering in Upper Sandusky. Before that he had managed Buffalo Wild Wings in Findlay and Indianapolis, and the Yard House in Indianapolis.
Ben enjoyed playing Frisbee golf, muscle cars, going to the Casinos, and was an avid Green Bay Packer and Buckeye fan.
He will be remembered for his desire to live life to its fullest, his kind and generous heart, his love for his family, as well as his passion for food. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services for Benjamin Dale Pinion will be held at 11:00am Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Jim Stauffer officiating.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday, September 7, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Veterans Heritage Foundation of Wyandot County and can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
