Barbara Ann Williams, 74, of Upper Sandusky, OH, died Saturday, March 28,
2009 at 1:50 a.m. in Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky, where she had
resided the past six years.
She was born Saturday, June 9, 1934 in Rockport, OH., daughter of the late
Francis "Peck" an Isa Pearl (Van Pelt) England. She married John B. Williams
and they were divorced.
Surviving are her children, John J. (Cora) Williams of Westend, NC, Richard
A. (Christine) Williams of Anna, Leann (Steve) Brown of Kenton, Holly (Dirk)
Higgins, and Heather (Scott) Schindler both of Upper Sandusky, 14
grandchildren, a great granddaughter, four brothers, Larry (Gwen) England of
Wayne, Jim England of Clyde, Raymond (Donna) of Nevada, and Rodger (Becky)
England of Huntington, IN.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lyndia Williams, three brothers,
Roy, Dennis, and Lee England, a sister, Gaynelle Cole, and an infant brother
and sister.
Barbara was a 1952 graduate of Wharton High School. She enjoyed playing
cards, loved reading, and camping with her family at Riverfront Marina in
Fremont. Barbara's grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She was a homemaker and worked at Westinghouse and Millington Plastics in
Upper Sandusky.
